As a boutique wedding photography and videography team, we provide excellent customer service, skilled photographers, and high-quality images.

Our photographers focus on making you, your partner, and guests feel comfortable and relaxed. With years of experience in the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Port Stephens, Sydney, and Central Coast, we’ve covered over 1000 weddings. We know how to be professional yet easygoing, blending into your day to capture all the special moments. We're also prepared to handle anything that comes up on your wedding day.

Wedding Photography Add-Ons

  • Fine Art Album

    These and crafted works of art that transform your wedding day memories into a beautiful family heirloom. We use only the finest materials with smooth matte paper options and high quality linen or leather covers

  • 35mm Film Photography

    Shot on authentic 35mm film, these stills capture your day with a softness and honesty digital can’t replicate. The grain, the tones, the imperfections — they feel timeless because they are. It’s not just a look — it’s a feeling.

    With this photography or combo package add on we will take 35mm film photos throughout the day in addition to your standard hi resolution digital photos.

    You will receive them as prints and scanned into your digital online gallery.

  • Pre-Wedding Couples Shoot

    A couples shoot is a fun, low pressure photoshoot that lasts approximately 30 minutes. It is a great chance to practice some photo prompts and get comfortable on camera before your wedding day.

    During the shoot we will give you some guidance on how to look natural on camera and tips to show off your best self in front of the lens.

  • Additional Photographer

    Adding an additional photographer at your wedding not only means more photos - it also means that we can literally be in two places at once!

    From $500 (inc GST)

  • Additional Hours

    All of our packages are fully customisable to suit your day. You can add or remove hours of coverage from any package.

    Additional Photography $150/ hour

  • All Raw Photo Files

    All Raw Photos include every single image taken on your day, unedited. These are straight out of the camera and not colour corrected or curated in any way.

    You’ll receive them as high-resolution image files via a download link, perfect for backing up or exploring additional edits in future.

We’re Bedroom Studio Wedding Photography & Cinema

Hello friends! We are Chris & Casey - we are the couple behind Bedroom Studio - Wedding Photography & Cinema!

Chris has been working in the wedding industry for over ten years, and has personally shot more than a thousand weddings! He has trained numerous photographers and videographers and built a team of some of the best creative professionals in the industry.

When he is not at weddings, Chris is a documentary filmmaker with a focus on authentic raw storytelling. He is a fan of pizza & stand up comedy.

Casey joined the team in 2020, she is a bubbly customer service expert with 20 years experience in hospitality, her favourite part of her role is getting to know all of our amazing couples and helping them plan their day. - She loves cooking & her crazy labradoodle Nala.

‘Bedroom Studio’ was the name of Chris’ first video production company he started as a teenager while working out of his bedroom in his studio apartment. We kept the same name to stay connected to our creative roots, and love of the work.
