How Do I Book Bedroom Studio for My Wedding?

Securing your wedding date is as simple as three steps:

1. Enquire & Confirm Availability – Start by reaching out through our website or giving us a call. We’ll check your wedding date and talk through your needs to make sure we’re the right fit.

2. Choose Your Package – Once we understand your vision, we’ll recommend the best package (or build a custom one) so you know exactly what’s included.

3. Sign Your Agreement & Pay the Booking Fee – To officially reserve your date, we require a signed contract and booking fee. After this, your wedding is locked in with our team.

Our calendar fills quickly — many couples book 12–18 months in advance. If you’ve already chosen your wedding date, it’s best to enquire early to avoid missing out.

What Is the Booking Fee?

The booking fee is a non-refundable payment that secures your date exclusively with Bedroom Studio. This ensures no one else can book us on your wedding day and gives you complete peace of mind.

• Photography booking fee: $750

• Videography booking fee: $750

• Combo (Photo + Video) booking fee: $1,500

• Content Creator booking fee: $750

Your booking fee is deducted from your total package cost and guarantees that our photographers, filmmakers, editors, and coordinators are committed to your wedding.

When Do I Pay the Remainder?

The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. This timeline allows us to finalise your schedule, assign your production team, and prepare all equipment well in advance.

We send clear reminders through your personal client portal, where you can easily view your invoices, contracts, and payment history at any time. No lost emails, no confusion — everything is in one secure place.

What Payment Options Are Available?

All payments are made via stripe payment portal in your client portal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Dinner’s Club, JCB as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.
