What will we cover on our discovery call?

When we call you we will get a feel for which package will best suit you.  This is primarily determined by if you are looking for photo, video or both as well as how many hours coverage you are looking for and what deliverables are important to you.

How many hours coverage do I need?

If you are looking for all day coverage from getting ready through until after the formalities at your reception, depending on your timeline, 8 hours coverage is usually enough.

Example timeline:

1.00 pm Arrive with groom for getting ready photos/ video

1.30 pm Arrive with bride for getting ready photos/ video

3.00 pm Arrive at ceremony location to set up

3.30 pm Ceremony begins

4.00 pm Capture group photo and family formal photos

5.00 pm Bridal Party + Couple photoshoot onsite or near by location

6.00 pm Bridal Party enter reception

7.00 pm Speeches

7.50 pm Cake Cutting

8.00 pm First Dance + Dance Floor Opens

9.00 pm Photographer/ Videographer Leaves

If you do not require morning coverage our 6 hour package is usually enough to cover everything else.

If you are doing a sparkler exit or would like us to stay until the end of the reception our 10 hour package is recommended. With this package we also include a bonus Messages to the Newlyweds video where we go around to interview all of your guests and collect messages.

How much time do I need to book for getting ready shots?

30-45 minutes with the groom and groomsmen and 60-90 minutes with the bride and bridesmaids is ideal to capture everything including all of the detail shots, candid moments and first looks.

What is your booking procedure?

  1. We will give you a call shortly to get a better understanding of your wedding and what package will best suit you.

  2. When you decide to book in we will send you an invoice for a booking deposit and an online form to fill out with all the details of your day.

  3. Once you have paid your booking deposit we will lock your date in our calendar.

  4. 14 days before your wedding your remainder is due, at this point we will also give you another phone call to confirm details, talk over your timeline and answer any final questions.

  5. Wedding Day! We will show up on your wedding and capture every moment, allowing you to relax and enjoy your day!

Is there a booking fee?

To secure your date in our calendar there is a $500 booking fee for Photography, Cinema and Content Creator Packages and a $1000 booking fee for combo packages. The remainder is due 14 days before your wedding. We do not offer payment plans.

Can I customise your packages?

Yes all of our packages are fully customisable here are some of the things that you can add/ remove:

Do you offer any sneak peek photos?

Yes, If you book a photography or combo package you will receive a sneak peek gallery within 48 hours of your wedding consisting of 20-50 shots from throughout the day!

Turn Around Time

Our standard turn around time is 8-12 weeks to receive all of your edited photos and videos. This may be extended to 16 weeks during particularly busy periods, but is often much shorter.

Raw Footage

For Cinema Package and Combo Packages. We have the options to purchase your raw unedited footage this is every shot of video and audio recorded throughout the day including shots not included in your edited films. It’s and there’s a lot of it, but for people who want to see every single moment and keep an archive of everything from their wedding this is a great add on option. We keep your raw files for 30 days after final delivery and recommend ordering raw footage with your initial order if you think that you want it later.

Is it possible to move our booking date moved if our wedding is postponed for any reason?

Yes we offer one free re-schedule if your wedding date is moved for any reason. We also recommend purchasing wedding insurance as not all vendors allow free-reschedules and wedding insurance is a way to avoid losing money in the event of a postponement. Can I change my package after I book in?

Absolutely. You can change or customise your package up to 14 days before your wedding.

Can I order additional film edits after my wedding?

You can. We always shoot everything even if you haven’t ordered full length edits in your package so if you need to order additional full length film edits after your wedding you can.

Do you back up our wedding data?

Our team all shoots with dual memory cards in their cameras so there is an instant back up of every shot in the event that one of the memory cards had an error. We also back up all of your files to our local server as soon the night of your wedding and upload a second back up to our online server on Dropbox. So there are multiple back up of every wedding both locally and online.
